Big Changes at the New Clinic Construction Site — Take a Look

Roof going on at Clinic of the Future

There is noticeable progress outside the New Clinic construction site.

Windows are in, stucco has been applied, and the roof is nearly complete. Corbels and stone detailing will be added next. These exterior elements are designed to connect the new building with the existing Clinic so the campus feels unified and consistent with Boca Grande’s character.

The exterior grounds have also undergone significant changes. We are paying special attention to ensure the Clinic feels welcoming and residential. We invite you to watch as CEO Mark Driscoll provides a guided tour of the west-side landscaping and explains how native plantings, mature trees, and carefully designed lighting will create a park-like setting that benefits patients, neighbors, and the broader community.

Watch a brief video tour of the building’s exterior and grounds here.

Stay tuned as we head into the final few months of building your Clinic of the Future.

P.S. If you’d like to be part of the effort to build the Clinic of the Future, we invite you to consider supporting the Foundation’s Clinic of the Future capital campaign.
