About the Foundation

The Boca Grande Health Clinic Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation”) is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization, founded in 2003, to provide financial support to the Boca Grande Health Clinic, Inc. (“Clinic”) in Boca Grande, Florida.  As such, the Foundation’s mission is to raise and manage capital to subsidize the operating and capital needs of the Clinic.

The Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Trustees with day to day management provided through a small, but dedicated, staff.

The Foundation is working to ensure the long-term financial wellbeing of the Clinic by developing an appropriate and sustained level of annual support and endowment.

Donation Information

Donations can be mailed to the Foundation at P.O. Box 2340, Boca Grande FL 33921, made in person in the Clinic Annex located at 280 Park Ave, or online at https://bghcfoundation.com/donate-now.  Donations by credit cards can also be made by calling the Foundation at 941-964-0099. Donations can be restricted to support a specific purpose by indicating that purpose when you donate. Your donations are tax-deductible.
