The Clinic of the Future: State-of-the-art facilities that will allow the Boca Grande Health Clinic to remain at the forefront of primary and same-day (urgent) care and provide exceptional care, close to home.

The Clinic of the Future will resolve the current challenges of insufficient and outdated space in the Clinic and Annex buildings. These facilities were built in, and for, a different generation of healthcare services and are inadequate for today’s needs, let alone future needs.

There is not enough room in the Clinic or Annex buildings to provide patient care efficiently, let alone space for new services or equipment. A new clinic will enable us to meet our patients’ need – now, and for future generations.

The Clinic of the Future will bring more (and larger) exam rooms and dedicated care team areas, which means better, more efficient care; state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and lab services (including a new CT and expanded onsite lab testing); a telehealth room; and dedicated space for physical, rehabilitation and occupational therapies with modern equipment and a hydrotherapy pool.

This is what our patients want and need – right here on the island. It will improve access to care, save patients time, avoid the inconvenience of waiting for hard-to-schedule off-island appointments, and will help our doctors diagnose onsite and treat patients immediately – significantly improving patient outcomes.
