Well-written advice that anyone can understand and follow

Every one of the staff members, especially all the Clinic MDs , deserve our utmost appreciation!
However I want to express how much the well written advice of Dr. James in the recent clinic news letter is especially significant at this stage of our interaction with public health or should I really say public illness. Clear, concise, presentation of FACTS, and, administered with exactly the proper tone, and precise ADVICE that anyone can both understand and follow is interaction of Patient and Doctor at its best. Dr. James has done that
